Stratum directors and their management team have over 20 years’ experience in constructing developments ranging from quality townhouses to multi-level apartment buildings. We draw on this experience to direct architecture and manage construction from excavation to completion.
Our mission is to change the face of Wellington city by creating projects that are unique and answer the needs of the market, high quality with a hands on approach which ensures innovation and integrity.
